Leads Industry in Satisfaction Per Trippel Relocation Managers Survey

The annual survey measures corporate relocation managers’ satisfaction with moving service industry suppliers and tracks information on household goods policy and domestic US relocation program management.
Among national full-service movers providing corporate relocations, northAmerican placed first in both categories that measure customer satisfaction:
1st place: highest average score/net satisfaction ranking by customers for a household goods supplier.
1st place: 96% of respondents said they would use northAmerican next year.
